Background:

Since the first day of design school in 2005 we have been working together as a two person design team. Ryan’s focus has been directed towards online web based programming and digital illustration. Cathi’s focus was originally towards print design and eventually migrated into web development.

After working full and part-time jobs in the field and individual freelance on the side, we decided it was time to get 3200 Creative started specifically so we could work on projects that we enjoy. From Minnesota, we work out of our home office for clients all over the US and occasionally overseas.

The Team:

Cathi: I’m 25 years old with 7+ years of in-house print design experience and I’m currently the production artist for several websites and a local magazine focusing on naturally raising families. I enjoy reading, gardening, dancing, and my cat, Scratch.

Ryan: I’m 28 years old and have been developing websites and digitally illustrating for the past 10 years. At 25 I taught for 2 years at Brown College in video game and web development. This allowed me plenty of time to saturate myself in the current technological trends. I enjoy reading about scientific discoveries, house music, dancing, and urban art.

Together we assist clients with their needs as a two person team. This allows us to multiple perspectives on each project we work on. We enjoy working on a project by project basis with our clients and love seeing a past client come back with a new project in mind for us. It’s reassuring because it shows us we’re doing something right.
